Welcome to Kutsher's

Shot pickups and currently doing all post production for this extremely interesting feature length documentary about a famous "Borscht Belt" resort. Directed by NBA producer Caroline Laskow and ABC television executive Ian Rosenberg, the film honestly depicts the timeline of a great American phenomena.

Macy's with Tommy Hilfiger

All post and script editing, for Tommy's exclusive Macy's line. I did three consecutive spots for the campaign.

Versace spot

Collaborated with the famous photographer Darryl Patterson (Dior, Samsung, Maybelline, etc.) to create this for the venerable Italian fashion house. Composed and performed the music track also.

LOUIE Awards film

Produced, directed, shot and all post for the Greeting Card Association.
Shown on a 25 foot screen at the ceremony.

Sotheby's Auction Lot

For Sotheby's direct to client network. ENG type shoot, instructed the rep, shot it then edited it.

Music Video: People in New York

Concept, directing, shooting and editing this song for Michael Maccini, writer and performer (Scream 3, Simple Minds among many others). Iconic city images and locations.

Children International spot

With Hannah Teeter, Olympic snowboard medalist. All post and script adjustment for Cause Effect agency.
Directed by Chris Talbott.

"Dialogue on Design", interior design show.

Sponsored by well known fixture distributor Davis & Warshow, I gathered my crew for three hour long episodes, producing, directing and editing this 3 camera live to tape. Posted with all motion graphics, color correction, sound mix, etc.

Recut the promo for the folks at Bravo and Arena.

Feature Documentary: Qadeem Tahzeebon Ka Safr

Story assembly, compose music, post produce and edit as well as deliver for South Asian television. Completely in Urdu, the storyline was quite the undertaking.

Full Pages: American Spa Magazine

These were shot with a Hasselblad utilizing a high resolution Phase 1 digital back for maximum resolution for each full page photograph. Light box for one, waterbox for the other in our studio.

Produced and posted for Zmatchmaker.com. "The South Asian Bachelor" features three episodes exposing the bachelor candidate to the world.

Produce and Edit: Pressure to Precious

I produced and edited, all post and delivery of this short about a reality situation, a man trying to win back his love. It premiered at the 2007 Harlem International Film Festival. Watch the trailer below.

:30 spot: MCF Finance

Spot for the finance company based in San Francisco. I did all the motion, post, music and V.O.

Director of Photography: "Expectasy"

I collaborated with Lumiere Institute of Paris emeritus Albert Delamour on this short that premiered at "Zoiefest" Atlanta and won 3rd "best sexy short". Features a 3 1/2 minute opening shot and some "acrocatic" camera moves.

Produce and Edit: "7.6"

I did all the post and produced this compelling film shot by Ali Khan, a young artist and filmmaker. It premiered at the South Asian International Film Festival at Lincoln Center Clearview Cinema, New York on October 8th, 2006, and subsequently won BEST SHORT FILM. Subsequently we were invited to Cannes 2007 to show the film there!

Pitch Scene: "Paper Angels"

I directed this scene for a pitch of the feature film. Starring Tony award winning Jeffrey Wright as well as Max Martini of "Saving Private Ryan" fame. Also performed the music.

This original New York City clothing designer has a unique style and is sure to catch the eye of the fashion elite. A smooth mix of 16mm, high res digital and a 4x5 motion still at the end.

I did this inter business spot for an industrial D.C. firm who are bringing a new living tissue delivery system to market. Music, too.

Shot with tungsten lighting and a Canon EOS digital. This young lady shot to fame as the mermaid in the Yellow Tail wine ad campaign.

Assignment: The Surfer's Path Magazine.

Do they really surf in Manhattan? We're not sure, but the prolific Tim Donnelly is doing an article for the magazine about surf culture in Manhattan, from downtown by the A train to the Rockaway break. Dirk Westphal is a shaper/artist on Centre Street with his Nukle line of boards. One of the many Manhattan waveriders. We did his portrait in his studio/shop.

Architechtural Assignment: Grace Church

This stunning European cathedral structure resides at 802 Broadway. The vault is classic Anglo Saxon in construction. Shot at around 5 seconds each at f16 with a Nikon D1x.
